Cancellation Policy – Rapid Relocate
You may cancel your Rapid Relocate booking by providing written notice at least 21 days before your scheduled moving date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.
If your move with Rapid Relocate is canceled or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, any associated booking records or customer information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to retain any necessary receipts, contracts, or moving documentation prior to cancellation.
Rapid Relocate reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue services at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
